Adani-Total Gas September quarter profit up 20% to Rs 168 crore
Adani Total Gas Ltd, the joint venture between Adani Group and TotalEnergies, reported a 20% increase in net profit for the September quarter, driven by higher sales of compressed natural gas (CNG). The company's CNG sales rose by 20% while piped gas supplies dropped by 3%. Despite flat revenue, the company's EBITDA increased by 17% due to higher volume and a balanced price strategy. Adani Total Gas also added 23 new CNG stations and connected over 51,000 homes with piped cooking gas.
