
Infosys is focusing on tenured employees and high performers in its upcoming compensation review cycle. The company has deferred its hikes for two quarters but is now rolling them out from November 1. Wipro, its competitor, will implement their hikes on December 1. Infosys is also working on Project Maximus, a margin improvement plan, with the help of McKinsey. This program has already shown benefits in areas like utilization and cost optimization. Infosys aims to improve margins over the next 18 months.
