IGIA Aerocity: Brookfield India to acquire 50% stake in 4 Bharti Enterprises properties
Brookfield India Real Estate Trust (BIRET) has entered into definitive agreements to purchase a 50% stake in four prime grade A assets from Bharti Enterprises. These assets comprise prestigious commercial properties spanning 33 lakh square feet, valued at an enterprise worth of Rs 6,000 crore. The acquisition will be completed through a preferential allotment of units in BIRET to Bharti, at Rs 300 per unit.
