
According to a study by NowGrowth, the majority of Indian retailers do not view e-commerce as a threat to their operations. Only 18% reported that online selling platforms have impacted their sales. Offline sales continue to dominate in industries such as FMCG & Retail, Food & Beverage, and Consumer Durable & Electronics. Shoppers still prioritize at-home delivery and prefer physical stores for the ability to touch and feel products, as well as for the assurance of authenticity and quality.
