TCS employees can’t find enough seats in office
TCS employees are facing a shortage of seats and confusion over assigned seats as the company has added 1 lakh employees in the last two years. The problem has been worsened by the removal of temporary seating arrangements. Some employees are now working in corridors and lobbies. TCS is requesting employees to return to the office on all five days of the week and work from home has ended for some teams. There is also confusion regarding office assignments and employees being asked not to choose offices closer to their homes.
