Titan shares climb over 2 per cent post September quarter earnings
Shares of Titan Company Ltd rose over 2% after the firm reported a 9.7% increase in consolidated net profit in the September quarter. The company's net profit rose to Rs 916 crore, driven by strong sales of jewellery in the domestic market. Titan's sales increased 25% to Rs 10,708 crore during the quarter, while total expenses stood at Rs 11,402 crore.
